About me
I am a fifth year Ph.D. student studying Chemical Engineering in the McKetta Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. I am co-advised by Prof. Delia Milliron and Prof. Joaquin Resasco. My research focuses on the role that the electrochemical environment plays for understanding electrocatalytic water-splitting reaction mechanisms for hydrogen fuel cell technology.
I earned my B.S. degree at Cornell University where I studied reactive tracers and advanced drilling for geothermal energy systems with Prof. Jefferson Tester.
I am the recipient of the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship, the UT Chevron Energy Graduate Fellowship, and Harry P. Whitworth Endowed Graduate Fellowship.
My CV is available here.
Outside of the laboratory, recently I’ve enjoyed playing around with digital media software and performing improv comedy.
